Welcome to the Beach-o-matic print shop. I sell three types of prints:
All screenprints are hand printed by me in small numbers.
Prints made before 2017 are editioned (signed and numbered). Prints made after that date are signed but not numbered. The description should say how many I printed.
I decided to stop editioning for various reasons (more here) but the quality is the same and if anything I am now printing in smaller numbers than before.
For artwork where screenprinting would be impractical (e.g. collage) I print digitally. Prints are made on an eight-colour digital printer using fade-resistant pigment inks. This kind of print is sometimes called a giclée by people who want to make the process sound more artisanal :)
The Tour de France jerseys print is printed on a commercial offset press. This is the type of printing most commonly used for printing posters in larger quantities.
Thanks for stopping by!
